Justin Bianco
Director / Head Coach 11U Navy
A Peters Township graduate, Justin was selected in the 3rd round of the 2011 MLB Draft by the Arizona Diamondbacks as a centerfielder. He earned WPIAL Player of the Year as a senior, hitting .583, and proved to be a true five-tool player, running a 6.37-second 60-yard dash and throwing in the 90s from the outfield. As a Head coach and private instructor, Justin has 15+ years of experience. Beyond his playing career, Justin is passionate about helping athletes develop a strong mindset, speaking at colleges to inspire the next generation. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Cole Johnson
Head Coach 12U Navy
Cole earned a scholarship to Point Park University, where he finished his career as a middle infielder.
While at Point Park, Cole interned with Under Armour Baseball Factory, gaining experience in tournaments, scouting, and player development. In 2021, Cole joined Seton LaSalle Catholic High School as an assistant coach, helping lead the team to a WPIAL runner-up finish (22-4 record). He took over as head coach in 2022, posting a 15-2 record with an undefeated conference run. While coaching, he also earned his master’s degree in Health and Physical Education to launch his teaching career.

Nico Popa
Head Coach 10U White
Nico’s stat line speaks for itself. A four-year varsity letterman at Seton-La Salle High School, he was named Almanac Rookie of the Year as a sophomore, earned Class AA First-Team All-Section honors in his junior and senior seasons, and captained the varsity team. As a senior, he was also an Almanac Athlete of the Year finalist. Continuing his success at Pitt, Nico had a standout 2019 season, earning Second-Team All-ACC honors while hitting .353. He led the team in batting average, hits, triples, and stolen bases, while ranking second in runs and RBIs and third in home runs.

Edberg Dominguez
Head Coach 14U
Coach Ed played baseball at Point Park University, excelling as an outfielder. He brings expertise in outfield play, baserunning, and player development, while also emphasizing fundamentals, strategy, and leadership. A leader by example, he instills work ethic, discipline, and accountability in his players, ensuring they develop both on and off the field. With a passion for teaching the game, he serves as a mentor who inspires athletes to reach their full potential.

Dylan Brosky
Head Coach 13U Navy/12U White
From Brownsville, Coach Dylan played four years at Cal U as a standout pitcher, showcasing great arm talent and throwing well into the 90s, which earned him the opportunity to finish his career at the University of Cincinnati where he was the AAC pitcher of week. At the Collegiate level he had 280 innings pitched and over 250 strikeouts! With expertise in multiple areas of the game, he has dedicated himself to coaching as a career, using his knowledge and experience to develop the next generation of athletes.

Alan Popa
Head Coach 10U Navy
Coach Alan played baseball at Pitt alongside Bianco Baseball’s original creator, Matt Bianco. His sons, Dom and Nico, continued the family tradition, also playing for the Pitt Panthers, solidifying their strong baseball bloodlines. With decades of coaching experience, Coach Alan is dedicated to passing down his deep knowledge of the game, shaping young athletes with the same passion and expertise that have defined his family's legacy.

Matt Mish
Head Coach 13U White
Matt graduated from Canon-McMillan in 2016 and Pitt-Greensburg in 2020, where he played as a pitcher and third baseman at both the high school and collegiate levels. With three years of coaching experience in the organization at the 13U and 15U levels, he brings valuable knowledge and firsthand playing experience to developing young athletes.

Heath Mackulin
Head Coach 9U
Heath graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School where he played varsity baseball, and continues to play baseball at Robert Morris University.
His ability to lead by example allows him to connect with players on a deeper level. He's played ball his whole life and is very passionate about the game!

Kasey Baumgart
Assistant Coach 12U Navy
Kasey played five years of collegiate baseball as a left-handed pitcher, setting school records in ERA, batting average against, and most starts in a single season.
Now, he's passionate about helping players improve their mechanics, approach, and confidence on the field!

Brian Vogel
Head Coach 16U
Brian attended Seton LaSalle Catholic High School earning a WPIAL championship in 2019 and a second place finish in 2021.
He is currently a student assistant coach at Washington and Jefferson College, studying Business and Economics, hoping to spread the information he has learned over the years!

Malik Clanagan
Assistant Coach 11U Navy
From Braddock, PA, Coach Malik brings a personal passion for baseball and sports to every aspect of his life, having played for over two decades and coached for five years. As an Army veteran with a background in multiple sports, he values discipline and teamwork both on and off the field. With athletics & studies in art, business, and industrial design from the Community College of Allegheny County, Malik blends creativity with strategy, ensuring that his approach to coaching is as innovative as it is heartfelt.

Anthony Romano
Co-Head Coach 11U White
A former Guardian Angel from the organization's early days, Anthony developed under the mentorship of Coach Justin and has been immersed in the game for years. As a Chartier's-Houston High School graduate, he excelled as a versatile outfielder, showcasing elite speed and arm strength. He now continues his career at Washington & Jefferson University as both a pitcher and outfielder.

Lucas Camden
Co-Head Coach 11U White
Another former Guardian Angel from the organization, Lucas developed under Coach Justin and has been immersed in the game for years. As a Chartier's-Houston High School graduate, he excelled as a catcher, with an extreme talent to throw runners out. He now continues his career into coaching and plans to share his knowledge onto the younger generation.

Clark Ehman
Hitting Assistant
Clark is a college commit going on to play baseball for Whittier college in Los Angeles, California (fall 2025). Clark has been a lifelong Angel since we started. Some of his standout achievements include a .536 batting average and a 6.7-second 60-yard dash time!

Jason Siemen
Assistant Coach 9U
Jason Siemon is a former standout pitcher from Thomas Jefferson High School, where they finished their senior year with an undefeated record. He currently plays collegiate baseball at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg. With a strong background in pitching and a love for teaching, Jason is excited to help young athletes grow and improve in the fundamentals of baseball.
